In the Agreement, "the Contractor" is Daniel's Electrical Services ABN 53175571683 (REC 33577); "the Customer" is the person or entity questing goods and services from the Contractor and named as the Customer on the Contractor's quote, customer information form and other customer paperwork; "Goods" means all goods sold, leased, consigned, bailed or otherwise made available to the Customer by the Contractor including but not limited to electrical equipment and parts; "Site" means the place where the Contractor's services will be carried out; and "Services" means the Contractor's performance of electrical work and related services.
SAFETY, INSURANCE & WARRANTY
We prioritise the safety of our team and your property. Daniels Electrical Services holds current public liability insurance (minimum $10 million) to cover accidental damage or injury during our work. Our electricians will immediately suspend work if conditions are deemed unsafe, including the presence of hazardous substances such as asbestos or other toxic materials. It is the Customer’s responsibility to arrange for safe removal of any hazardous substances at their own cost before work can resume.
We stand by the quality of our workmanship. All services and installations carried out by Daniels Electrical Services are backed by a workmanship warranty to the extent required by Australian Consumer Law. This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, damage caused by pests, fair wear and tear, minor colour variations in natural products, work performed by others, or defects in goods supplied by the Customer.
